The diet of a Kitesurf Instructor

So the other day I was taking a kitesurf lesson and in a break a student mentioned about the amount of food I ate. Because we are constantly walking and running through waste deep water and needing to stay warm we eat a lot of food, here is an estimate of an average days consumption.

 A fair amount above the average (1453) and I'm often still hungry.
